SCHOLARSHIPS
 
 
ANNA WALSH SCHOLAR AWARDS:  Approximately $10,000 disbursed each year in renewable grants to students enrolled in any accredited college or university. Recipients are required to have completed two semesters at an accredited college or university by June.
 
ARTRELLE M. WHEATLEY SCHOLARSHIP:  Will provide tuition to the University of the Virgin Islands for one year, to a student with an outstanding record in community service.   Recipients are required to have completed two semesters at UVI by June.
 
CORAL WORLD SCHOLARSHIP:  Will provide a scholarship of $3,500 to a student pursuing a four-year degree in science at any accredited college or university.  First consideration will be given to applicants in the fields of environmental science or marine biology.
 
DRIEHAUS CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLC SCHOLARSHIPS:  Will provide two scholarships, of a year’s full tuition to the University of the Virgin Islands.  First consideration will be given to students with academic excellence and financial need pursuing degrees in business at UVI.
 
NSL 80th BIRTHDAY FUND:  Will provide an award of $2,000 each year to students pursuing graduate degrees in humanities, social sciences or fine arts.
 
THEODORE E. SHARP SCHOLAR AWARDS:  Will provide a total of $2,000 in awards to students with outstanding record in community service.  Recipients are required to have applied to or enrolled in any accredited college or university.
 
TUNICK FAMILY SCHOLARSHIP:  Will provide tuition for one year to the University of the Virgin Islands, for a student with academic excellence, financial need, pursuing an undergraduate degree in business.
